1. DIGITAL PRODUCT

No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

You may use the templates, prompts, strategies, frameworks, and resources to create, customize, and improve your own job-search materials.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of AI JOB HUNTER™ or its underlying intellectual property to you.

You may not purchase one copy and distribute the product or its materials to other individuals.

Third-party materials, trademarks, and services, if any, remain the property of their respective owners.
5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
AI JOB HUNTER™ may teach or recommend the use of third-party artificial intelligence tools. AI-generated outputs can contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and personalizing any AI-generated content before submitting or otherwise providing it to employers, recruiters, hiring platforms, or other third parties.
6. NO EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE
AI JOB HUNTER™ provides educational information, strategies, templates, and tools. We do not guarantee interviews, employment, job offers, salary increases, promotions, or any specific career outcome.
Results vary depending on factors including your experience, qualifications, job market, location, application strategy, and individual effort.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our materials may reference or recommend third-party websites, platforms, artificial intelligence services, or other tools. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, policies, pricing, outputs, functionality, or services.
Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or modify their features and terms independently of AI JOB HUNTER™.
8. PAYMENTS AND DIGITAL ACCESS
AI JOB HUNTER™ is sold as a one-time purchase unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout. No recurring subscription fee will be charged for the product unless the customer separately agrees to one.
Access and delivery instructions will be provided through the method described at the time of purchase.
9. REFUNDS
Purchases are subject to our Digital Product Refund Policy. Because AI JOB HUNTER™ provides digital content, purchases are generally final after the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, except as described in our Refund Policy or where otherwise required by applicable law.
