AI JOB HUNTER™ is a digital product that provides downloadable and/or online digital materials designed to help users improve their job search, applications, resumes, and interview preparation.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the digital nature of our products, sales are final once the digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, except in the circumstances described below or where otherwise required by applicable law.
REFUND EXCEPTIONS
We may provide a refund or replacement when:
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You did not receive access to the digital product due to a technical issue on our side.
• The files provided are corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from what was described at the time of purchase, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
If you experience an access or technical problem, please contact us before requesting a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
REFUND REQUESTS
Refund requests that qualify under the exceptions above should be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Please include your name, email address used for the purchase, order number, and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
CHANGE OF MIND
Because customers receive access to digital content after purchase, we generally cannot provide refunds for change of mind, failure to use the product, or accidental purchases once access or delivery has occurred, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
